INFORMATION FOR DOG OWNERS

Cornwall Harbour Views offers pet friendly holidays

We are very happy at Cornwall Harbour Views to accept dogs. One medium size dog or 2 smaller is the maximum. We try to keep pets in the ground floor property as this apartment has better access for exercising pets quickly. Also we do keep one apartment pet free for those people who have allergies with dogs

Dogs must never be left in the apartments for long periods of time. Any damage caused by your pet will have to be paid for

Animals can never be left alone in the garden at 59 for two reasons. It is a shared garden with the first floor property. You must accompany your pets if they are in the garden for safety to others.  Another reason is that the grass is artificial and the garden is a sun trap. If dogs go to the toilet on the grass it will smell badly and also not be hygienic should children wish to play on it

Dogs can be quickly exercised in the back lane next to the car park or along the wide grass verge along the harbour which is just across the road. Both these options are less than a minute away from the properties

We charge a £10 surcharge per animal to cover the extra cleaning. We must be notified if you wish to bring a pet with you
For walks close to the apartments please click here for suggested walks

Animals are allowed on the beach after 7pm between Easter and Oct 1st From 1st October to Easter dogs are permitted to go on any beach
In Hayle there are 2 areas of beach were dogs are allowed all year around. These are Lelant Beach & Sandy Acres There are fines for any one not picking up their dog’s mess on the beach or in the town
